Note : Every champion can be countered and good if played right.I am just pointing out some champions who becomes a pain for opponents sometime.
10. Evelynn
A living ward who can move around map and murder people. She nerfed really hard but still very strong due to her passive and spamable abilities(especially in lower elo). If she play jungle,enemy team has to buy vision ward which is very annoying and expensive.
9. Teemo
The most popular champion of league of legends,one and only Teemo. His Shrooms make him annoying,it lasts 10 minutes and it makes him nearly ungankable after level 6.With shrooms Teemo can kill enemy who is at other side of map if placed right.Vision wards and oracles can counter him but still,he is annoying.
8. Tryndamere
Jack of all trades but master of none. Tryndamere is a very beginner friendly champion. He got high dps,sustain,slow,gap closer,escape mechanism and especially one of the best ultimate in game which deny him from death.Even if enemy adc is fed, they will still fear Tryndamere.
7. Nidale
Her spear is one the most strongest ability due to its range and damage.Her kit is balanced and fair.If a good player play her,then it is a bad day for enemy team.Riot must need to change her a bit like buffing other abilities and nerfing Q.
6. Aatrox
A new addition to league of legends. Easily countered in higher elo and nearly impossible to counter in lower elo. Aatrox is very complicated/easy champion to play. He got massive amount of life steal and one of the most annoying second life passive. Even if about to die,he can regain hp by hitting some minions,he got escape mechanism as well.
5. Katarina
Another spin to win champion. Once upon a time she was really over powered.But then she received lot of nerfs. But still she has high dps. katarina can melt hp of entire enemy team by using her ultimate. No mana and low cool down of abilities makes her a huge threat. A good stun can shut down her but good kata players know when to initiate and disengage.
4. Blitscrank
Blitscrank was considered as most annoying support till Thresh Released(not including him in this list this time). But still (especially in lower elo), people hate Blitscrank so much. He got silence,speed,stun and his notorious grab. A single pull can change course of a game. A good blitscrank is a nightmare for enemies.
3. Karthus
Well known for his global ultimate. Karthus is not a huge threat in a lane but when team fight starts, he will start to show who he is really. No one can get away from him with low hp and his E can melt hp of all enemy champion at once.Also his spammable Q and slowing gate are very annoying as well.
2. Kassadin
Probably only mid champion who banned in ranked regularly regardless of Elo. After level 6,you can expect kassadin anywhere. He got great ganking potential. Even if he is behind in lane, he can get upperhand by ganking other lanes. His ultimate makes gives him so much mobility and damage.
1 . Singed
The Only champion who can get penta kill by just walking around the battlefield.Never ever chase singed due to his Q,so he walks away with below 10% hp and we just sit there like retards.Even if he is behind,a single item can make him to get ahead.
